Trend To Try: Red Eyeliner

What better time than Valentine’s Day to give the red eyeliner trend a whirl? If you’re feeling festive or simply stuck in a makeup rut, swapping out your classic black or brown eyeliner for a bold hue can really freshen up your look. And while red might not seem like the obvious choice to line your peepers with, it’s the go-to shade of the moment and an unexpectedly game-changing color.

And you probably already have everything you need to try out the trend in your makeup bag—a red lip liner. No need to buy an eyeliner in the fresh hue—because we doubt you’ll be wearing red on your eyes everyday—our mineral-based formulas can easily be used interchangeable on your eyes and pout, so the Classic Lip Liner in Red or Lip Pencil in Cherry will do the trick (just be sure to apply an Eyeshadow Primer first).
