Are your products vegan?
Yes. All Gabriel, Zuzu Luxe, and Clean Kids Naturally formulas are made without animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.
Makeup brushes are the only exception and are cruelty-free but not vegan.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes. Gabriel, Zuzu Luxe, and Clean Kids Naturally products are formulated without gluten. We follow careful internal practices to support customers with sensitivities.

*Allergen Note: Gabriel and Zuzu Luxe Lip Glosses contain sweet almond oil. Mascaras and Color Correcting Creams, as well as Banana Smoothie Conditioner and Tahitian Vanilla Body Lotion, contain shea butter. Gabriel Hand & Body Lotion contains hazelnut seed oil and shea butter.
We do not use synthetic parabens. Our formulas are preserved using approved alternatives such as potassium sorbate, which is derived from sorbic acid.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. All Gabriel, Zuzu Luxe, and Clean Kids Naturally products are Leaping Bunny Certified and are never tested on animals.
Is your mica fair trade?
Yes. We source mica responsibly and work with suppliers who follow ethical, fair-trade practices.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the USA, with the exception of our pencils.
Is your packaging BPA-free?
Yes. Our packaging is BPA-free and manufactured without phthalates, dioxins, cadmium, or lead.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and incorporate more sustainable packaging options, including biodegradable packaging materials.

Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are available through select retail partners, including Amazon, Target.com, and independent boutiques. Visit our store locator to find a verified retailer near you.
Do you have an official Amazon store?
Yes. We operate verified Amazon storefronts for Gabriel, Zuzu Luxe, and Clean Kids Naturally. To ensure authenticity we recommend purchasing items that are sold by Gabriel Cosmetics and
fulfilled by Amazon.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Select international retailers carry our products. Please visit our store locator for availability outside the U.S.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $40. Shipping options are displayed at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We have access to the same USPS tracking updates that you do.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you’re unable to locate your package, it may have been prematurely scanned as delivered due to USPS scanning or operational processes. In most cases, packages arrive within the next few business days.
We do not consider a package lost unless all of the following apply:
- It is at least 5 business days past the estimated delivery date
- Tracking has stopped updating
- The package has not been located after checking with neighbors or your local post office
If you purchased Route Package Protection, you may file a claim directly with Route for faster resolution.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if received in new or gently
used condition. Please visit the Shipping & Returns section for full details.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after your return has been received and processed at our facility.
Once your return is processed:
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be issued
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear on your statement
At this time, our customer service team does not have visibility into return tracking prior to receipt.
How do I find my store credit?
Store credit is tied to the email address used at checkout.
Once you’re logged into your account, any available store credit will automatically appear as an option during checkout.
If you’re unable to locate your store credit, please contact customer service for assistance.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and our customer care team will help resolve the issue.
If you purchased Route Package Protection, you may file a claim directly with Route for faster resolution once eligible.
