SHIPPING OPTIONS

Gabriel Cosmetics Inc. ships US and International orders via UPS and USPS.

All orders are processed and shipped in 5 business days Wednesday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays will be processed within 1-2 days of the next business day.

  • Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.
  • Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date.
  • Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
  • International shipping can take up to 21 days and is determined by customs.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government. These fees are not charged or collected by Gabriel Cosmetics and are not included in your order total. 
  • New International clients may be contacted for further information requirements. Orders are subject to cancellation.
  • Nail Polishes are considered hazardous materials and are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or internationally.

We do not currently offer Express shipping.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is determined by weight and destination. All fees are calculated by USPS first class shipping.

US orders over $40 receive free shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Gabriel Cosmetics Inc. accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items in new or gently used condition. Returns are initiated directly through your order. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label, with the shipping fee deducted from the refund. Final sale and Last Call items are not eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International returns that are refused due to customs fees may be returned to us and refunded for product only once received.
