4 Steps to Getting Fluffy & Full Brows

Most of us have had less-than-perfect eyebrows at some point (like that time we really overplucked in high school), but that doesn’t mean you can’t have gloriously full and fluffy arches à la Zendaya or Lily Collins—even if you have to fake it ‘til you make it.

Get your best brows yet by following the tips below.

1. Brush ‘Em Out

Comb your hairs up so you can see where your arches need to be filled in. Using our Brow & Lash Brush, start in the center and work your way out.

Pro Tip: Let your natural shape shine. Avoid your desire to overtweeze—use a Slant Tweezer to pluck in the very center between your brows and to remove misplaced stray hairs elsewhere.

2. Keep It Precise

Find the proper angles and starting point. Your most flattering brow aligns with your inner tear duct and has an arch that's about 11 o'clock from right where sleep collects.

3. Fake Fullness

Use our Cream Brow Pencil to gently shade in sparse spots and create density, then add fullness by drawing in hairs right at the center and the tail. Avoid harsh edges by utilizing the spoolie.

Pro Tip: When choosing a pencil, go one shade lighter than your hair color. It will look unnatural if the pencil is darker or as dark as your hair—the lighter hue will add dimension and softly define your brows. If you opt for brow gel instead, choose a color that is the same shade as your brows or one shade darker.

4. Lock It Down

Finish with our Luxe Mascara in Clear and comb your hairs up to show off their texture and tame strays. The feathery wand will let you brush your arches into the perfect shape, creating an instantly polished look.
